Note:
i)
Car parking charge is mandatory for every allotee
ii)
Car parking charges (basement) for types A/B:-
a) For 1 car: Rs. 80,000
b) For 2 cars : Rs. 1,20,000
iii)
Stilt car parking charges for type C : Rs 60,000
Charges mentioned in (ii) & (iii) are to
be paid along with 15% of the basic price as mentioned in
clause 3.
iv)
Cheque /Demand draft shall be issued in favour of M/S
Sadashiv Infrastructure
payable at Chandigarh.
v)
Cost of stamp duty, registration, documentation
charges etc as applicable shall be extra and shall be borne
by the intending allotee(s).
vi)
Timely payment of instalment is the essence of the
agreement.
vii) Other term and conditions of the sale would be as per
the letter/agreement of the company.
viii) Prices are subject to change without any notice
before booking at the sole discretion of the company and the
price ruling on the date of booking and acceptance by
company shall be applicable.
