Specifications of Civil Work

RCC frame structure

5" RCC roof structure using M-15 grade concrete and FE-415 steel as per IS-456-2002 code. Supported on 9" thick brick masonry load bearing walls keeping the earthquake resistance norms sufficient to bear the load of future construction on two upper floors.

Note: (i) We used those company of steel which have ISO-9002 certificate and TMT BARS as per international and IS 1786-85 specification (i.e. Rathi, Sidhballi, Amba, Jai Bharat)
(ii) Cement used Birla Plus/ACC/Ambuja/Shree/J.K. Cement
B. Brick work as per specification IS Code.
Note: Brick will be used first quality.
C. Plaster as per specification IS Code.

Roofing

Two layers of hot bitumen & brick tile terracing with mud phaska.

Water proofing

Sunken portion will be plastered after water proofing treatment.

Painting & Polishing

(i) Interior plastered surface will be finished will oil bound distemper.
(ii) All wooden surface (Exterior & Interior) will be spirit polish.
(iii) Exterior of the front main door will have poly urethane coating/finish.
(iv) Front exterior plaster surface will have the application of exterior acrylic plane finish.
(v) Back side exterior plaster finish have cement paint.
(vi) All the iron structure will have glossy enamel finish.

Toilets shall have pastel colored chinawave, EWC with wash basin. Good quality showers, water taps and geyser connections be provided. Pipes of HCI shall be concealed in walls/floors. GI pipes of B-class as per requirements and PPR Fittings.

 

Electrical works

PVC electrical conduit pipes in slabs and walls. MS switch boxes, switches, sockets etc. Wiring through the conduits & main cables. MCB's and DB's in each unit. Earthing arrangement foailding as required.
